Return Policy for Digital Products
Return Policy: We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the digital product you received. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Since our products are digital, they do not fall under the category of physical items that can be returned. As such, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are not applicable to our return policy.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: If your digital product is being provided to a customer within the European Union, please note that the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days does not apply to digital products, as they are not eligible for return.
